All of our products that contain beeswax use certified organic beeswax. This means the beeswax still retains its delicate honey aroma, natural colour and beneficial nutrients. It is pesticide free, ethically harvested and has not been bleached or refined.
This means our products that contain beeswax may vary from batch to batch. You may notice slight variations in colour or very small botanical particles within these products. These particles may include such things as pollen or petals and are completely natural. Furthermore, the colour may vary across seasons due to variations in pollen, honey, and propolis content.
The presence of these particles or slight colour variations do not compromise the quality of our products. Instead, these slight variations indicate that our products are 100% natural. To achieve aesthetically identical products, beeswax is often bleached and refined removing most of the nutrients.
