ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead a Passionate Team at Perfect Potion!
This is a full-time position.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our vibrant team at our kiosk in Carindale Shopping Centre. Working a 38-hour week, you'll play a key role in driving sales, creating a customer-centric environment, and coaching our team to deliver exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets and profitability goals.
- Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, training, and creating a positive work environment.
- Lead and direct daily operations, including merchandising, rostering, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Be a brand ambassador, sharing your passion for Perfect Potion with customers and educating them on our aromatherapy-based products.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a store management role within a retail business specialising in aromatherapy, health and wellbeing, natural therapies or natural skincare.
- Proven ability to achieve personal and team sales targets.
- A strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports.
- Excellent stock management and visual merchandising skills.
- You love people and can create incredible memorable experiences and foster authentic relationships.
- A desire to deliver a hands-on, authentic, brand experience through the power of touch (The Perfect Potion Ritual).
- A love of natural, holistic health & wellness products.
