WHOLESALE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Full-time)
Perfect Potion, a leading Australian manufacturer of certified natural and organic aromatherapy and skincare products, is seeking a passionate, high performing and results oriented Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position is based in Banyo, Brisbane and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Wholesale Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our wholesale and distributor network. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with wholesale and distributor customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets
- Securing national distributors for Perfect Potion
- Develop and maintain long-term successful relationships with existing and new wholesale and distributor customers
- Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions and sales data
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
- Provide excellent customer service and support
REQUIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Proven and current experience in wholesale sales within the beauty and natural wellness industries
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Working a 38-hour week, you'll play a key role in driving sales, creating a customer-centric environment, and coaching our team to deliver exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets and profitability goals.
