Forest bathing is the Japanese practice of spending time in the forest, nourishing the body, mind and soul.

Researchers have confirmed many of the healing benefits of forest bathing are due to the phytocides released by the plants in the forest. It turns out that these phytocides are the essential oils found in the forest plants.     Forest Bathing.

    My current favourite. So calming and pure. I purchased Forest Bathing bath soak when it was available and found this scent totally calming and relaxing. Would highly recommend to use any time but especially at bath time to help relaxation.
