All orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Brisbane, Australia.  As part of our commitment to the environment, all orders are packed using recycled wrapping materials.

We make every effort to ship all orders next business day. If we experience higher order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment.

Orders are shipped on business days only (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).

Please note that currently there are still delays on international orders, due to the processing of record parcel volumes, limited airline capacity and items being held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs are for transport only. Please ensure you read the section which is titled Extra Fees and Levies.

The shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the size of your order. This cost will be calculated on the checkout page once all items are in your shopping cart and the delivery address including the country of destination has been selected.

Extra Fees and Levies

Please know the freight component including the $7.00 DHL packaging charge are for transport costs only.  They do not cover import liabilities that may apply by the government of the destination country once your order arrives in the country.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs delays, duties and fees levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you; Perfect Potion has no control over these charges, nor can Perfect Potion predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before proceeding with purchase.  Perfect Potion does not accept responsibility for these delays, duties or taxes that may be applied in the destination country.  

Perfect Potion will not accept returned orders or provide a refund if you reject the customs charges.

Shipping Partners

Perfect Potion ship via Australia Post & DHL.  Orders containing flammable liquid (Dangerous Goods) may only ship via DHL.  An extra $7.00 fee per order will be charged for orders containing these items.  Such times are clearly identified on the product page. (Refer Shipping Restrictions)

We only use these reputable delivery companies; however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Please note that we may not be able to ship very large or heavy orders depending on your location. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues.

Undeliverable International Packages

If an international package is undeliverable, it will be returned to Perfect Potion. It may take up to three months for Perfect Potion to receive it. Perfect Potion is unable to issue replacement or refunds on products until the package is received back into our Queensland warehouse.

The delivery times below are a guideline from Australia Post. The timing depends on all postal services to be working in a timely manner. These estimates do not reflect the delays that are currently caused by the present health crisis.
